Tree sparrow is prevalent throughout the country. Unlike the sparrow, tree sparrow are rare in cities. Meals comprises lots of seeds. Chicks are fed, however, mainly with insects. Tree sparrow comes willingly to the bird table, but unlike most other birds coming to the bird table, tree sparrow prefers other than sunflower seed. |
